PILATES REFORMER & PILATES MAT
Joseph Pilates created this method to help himself having grown up as a very sick and weak child. During and after the World War I he trained soldiers and dancers in his method for the purpose of rehabilitation.
An activity that is a complete workout based on the Pilates Principles. Focus on the activation of the core to improve posture, balance and coordenation.
Classes are planned as suitable for beginner, intermediate and advance levels.
PILATES PRE-NATAL PILATES POST PARTUM
Classes planned to allow the woman to have a healthy and calm pregnancy in preparation for the birth, through gentle movements and breathing exercises. There is a fusion with Yoga practice.
PILATES HIIT
High Intensity Intermittent Training adapted to Pilates exercises. Is it possible? Yes, definitely! Pilates works precision and movement control. HIIT works speed and intensity. Together improve the cardiovascular capacity, blood pressure control and increase physical resistance.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga origines from the XI century A.D. means Sun ("Ha") and Moon ("tha") yoga. Krishnamacharya brings the physical moves, asanas, to Hatha Yoga.
Hatha has always encouraged relaxation while increasing flexibility, endurance, and muscle tone.
Vinyasa Flow, a practice that involves a flow of Asanas (physical postures) and Pranayamas (breathing techniques) finishing with Dhyana (meditation). In Vinyasa, the asanas are connected with the breath. The classes are suitable to all.
KIDS YOGA
YOGA FOR TEENS
Classes for kids from 4 to 12 years old, with practice of postures and breathing techniques in a fun and learning environment through mindfulness activities and games.
Yoga for teenagers from 13 to 18 years old, through a complete practice, breathing exercises, poses and meditation would balance their body and mind as well will improve their quality of sleep and reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
YIN YOGA
Founded by Paul Zink in the 1980s in China. It is a passive practice that through helding the poses between 3 to 5 minutes should access the deepest layers of the fascia, allowing the stretch of connective tissue between the joints and releasing tension from all the body. The perfect balance to the yang yoga styles.
YOGA RESTORATIVE
Developed by BKS Iyengar to allow some of his students with specific injuries or illness, to keep practicing. The goal of this practice is to activate the body's relaxation response and bring total relaxation and surrender to the body. The body should feel completely supported by props which enables the complete release of all tension that the body holds (no challenging or stretch on helding the pose). The poses should be held between 5 to 20 minutes. Suitable to all.
YOGA NIDRA
Developed by Swami Satyananda of the Bihar School of Yoga in India during the 1940s. Is a technique that induces deep body-mind relaxation increasing the self-awareness by remaining awake while entering into the dream and sleep states of consciouness. Suitable for all.
LOW PRESSURE FITNESS
Original taught by Marcel Caufriez is a technique that is being used by men and women of all ages who are seeking not to only restore their pelvic health (pelvic floor dysfunction like incontinence, prolapse) but develop the function of the core. Generates a hypopressure within the abdominal cavity, including a series of techniques with different postures, movements in expiratory apnea.
